Central European importance has privilege for Žilina´s Slovaks from the 1381 which was issued by king źudovít Vežký during his visiting of town on May 7, 1381. The document has been preserved in description from 1431, it was proclaimed as a national cultural memorial. Žilina´s town book from the 1378-1524 is the oldest language and lawful memorial of Slovakia and has Central European importance. On FDC is pictured still life with Žilina´s town book and privilege for Žilina´s Slovaks. On the stamp is pictured panorama of parochial church, characteristical view from the space so called ,Under the pastorate? on two big stone towers. The Church was arose from rebuilding of object from the l3th century, lower Burian´s tower is one of the oldest Renascence bell in Slovakia. Escutcheon of town descend from the l3th century and belong to the oldest in the Slovakia. Its heraldic value repose on that it is a classical escutcheon with a symbol of two-cross in the middle that not touch border of the escutcheon.
