From the first January 1993 Slovak national by declaration of the independent Slovak Republic placed in order between the Europe and World states nations. From that time endeavouring of the state and unstates organizations tend to build up the temple of the Slovak knowledge history, consciousness history, national awareness, national and state together belongings.

The important part of this nature effort of the new country is also the World Year of Slovaks declared July 17, 1997 with his termination September 19, 1998. Undertaking which realizing in all continents of the world in which live Slovaks, they present national, spiritual, cultural, scientific, technical, and sporting life with continuity of the Slovak, the European and the World history evolution up to now. The World Year of Slovaks is determined for the world public which provide informations about the national values and state situated in the central Europe.
