By publication of personalised issue, the Slovak Post, s.o.e. Banská Bystrica wants to enrich the production of postal stamps in a form, which is attractive for philatelists as well as for general public. An issue of the starnp with personalised coupon gives the opportunity to print one's own portrait or collective photography on the coupon. Stamps with the unprinted coupons are unseleable.
Part of the print run, aimed for FDC and free sale at the exhibition "Slovakia 2002" (July 4-10, 2002, Slovak National Museum, Bratislava), is released with logo of the exhibition on the coupon. The rest of the print run is aimed for personalisation using the surcharge on the coupon. Stamps with personalised coupon (on printing sheet of 12 starnps and 12 coupons) can be made by the Slovak Post, s.o.e" Technical Centre of Posts, Bratislava on July 4-10, 2002, or from July 11, 2002 at its work place at 52, Kukučínova Street, Bratislava. For publishing one's personalised stamp one has to fill in the order form which is available at certain post offices and in the Technical Centre of Posts in Bratislava.
