There are many occasions when the postal services are chosen, be it to send best wishes: from a holiday destination, for an anniversary or joyous event and of course the traditional Valentine card must be remembered as well. How much nicer it is to receive beautifully handwritten letters or pretty picture post cards, rather than electronic mail impersonally delivered through the air or via a telephone cable at any auspicious moment. A heartfelt message, a feeling of love or caring is easily conveyed and, delivered by post, can act as a keepsake of happy memories in years to come. To commemorate joyous occasions, the Post Office has, over the past years, issued a number of artistic postage stamps illustrating happy events and, as always, wishes you happy times in life as conveyed in this bunch of flowers.
